Refund Policy

Membership fees are non refundable and valid for 12 calendar months.

Payment prior to dispatch - orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
All items purchased remain the property of Perpetual Wellbeing Pty Ltd until paid for in full.

If stock is damaged in transit, a credit will be issued. Damages or discrepancies will only be recognised if notified within 48 hours of delivery. Do not dispose of the damaged item prior to speaking to Perpetual Wellbeing pty ltd.

Backorders - at all times we endeavour to fulfil your order. If we cannot meet your needs at the date of dispatch when the products become available we will phone to check if the goods are still required.
